Mace

This aromatic spice is brought from the hills of Kerela. The variety is fresh and retains the deep colour and strong warm flavour. Since it is packed fresh at the Kerela farms the spice stays intact for a longer period of time when stored in a cool dark place. Mace not only aids in improving digestive system but also helps in curing kidney infections. The spice maybe added to a number of sweets, puddings, broths, soups and rice preparations.
