We source authentic Ceylon Cinnamon native to Sri Lanka. It is harvested from the Cinnamomum Verum Tree. The smaller bark shavings are filled into longer ones to make a dense roll. Most of the cinnamon selling in the market is cassia, imported from china and Vietnam at cheap prices. European countries have banned its use in food products and have restricted its use for making rodent poison only. Our cinnamon in its purest form has been sourced from Sri Lankan Forest.
